Here is my rough and tumble range rifle (2000 SAR-1). I have replaced the US disconnect with an original Romanain piece. No more slap for this rifle. I do have to use U.S floorplates for my mags to make up the difference. Its a nice tradeoff though.

Bulgarian w/walnut

The wood has since been replaced with K-VAR's synthetic US furniture, but it's still a fun gun to shoot, milled receiver and Steyr hammer-forged barrel.
