Boycott S&W dealers as well?

Those dealers that agree to go along with S&W's sellout of our rights are, IMHO, just as guilty as S&W. Therefore, any dealer who signs the S&W agreement and continues to sell S&W products should not get one dime of our money, even to buy non-S&W products from them. If they signed the pact with the devil, I wouldn't even buy a box of .22LR from them. Furthermore, we have to tell the dealer they're not getting our business and why, to make sure they get the message. Maybe getting a couple friends together and going there and picketing them would be even more effective. Comments?

Note: If you see a dealer with S&W products in his display cases, make sure they aren't leftover stock or used guns before you give him a piece of your mind and walk out.

Don't waste time with the dealers. Dealers receive their Smith & Wessons from 4 major distributors. Only one distributor has announced they will boycott S&W. RSR Wholesale is on our side.

E-mail the other distributors. Go to S&W page find the links to distributors home page. Go there and look for their e-mail addresses. It is that simple.

Keep in mind that these distributors sell other brands and you can find a dealer that will order any brand from the distributor you want and right now that would be RSR Wholesale.

Without wholesale distributors S&W is gone.
Maybe when they go bankrupt a REAL GUN COMPANY can buy S&W's ASSets at bargain prices.

Your point about distributors is interesting, but you're wrong about individual dealers. They have to sign the agreement to sell S&W stuff. What distributor they go through and whether that distributor carries S&W products as well is irrelavent in the case of the dealer. Either the dealer chooses to sign the agreement and sells S&W stuff or they don't. If most individual dealers choose to not sell S&W products, the distributors will be stuck with those products in thier warehouse, unable to unload it on anyone. Poetic justice, if you ask me. That's why pressuring gun dealers not to sell S&W products is the most effective tactic we can use.

Larrys Discount Gun Shop, Waterbury Ct
