Bottom folding AK

Need some advice here:

Just picked up an AK with the old bottom folding stock. Does anyone else have one, and have an idea how to make it a bit more comfortable to shoot? Having nothing more than that little rail against the side of my chin for support screws with my sight stability. Suggestions?

I have one also.

Part of the reason I'm looking for a fixed stock AK!

Great fun to sling lead with but they are not much fun to shoot for that reason. I have seen a kit that snaps onto the collapsible stock on an HK, I need to pick one of those up. Of course the stock won't collapse so why not put the regular stock back on?

I found if you don't crank you'r head down as far it's a little better, not something you want to tight cheek weld on. Other than that, see if you can find the snap pad (sorry, don't have a site or even a maker).

I never messed with mine. An idea I guess would be to 100mph tape a small amount of foam to the area. Wouldn't be pretty but could be done and still let you fold the stock. Not the best answer, I know.

Listen, would you guys have any advice as to the best classified ad site if I want to sell my Pre-ban underfolding Hungarian AKM?

If you would rather respond via email, pleas send it to davidc@netrox.net. Thanks in advance.

actually...

Would anyone here have any idea what the damn thing is worth??? Mine's a Norinco, 16" bbl, 2 30rd mags, bayonette lug: only way I could make it more "evil" is to convert to full auto! What would be a decent price (IF I decided to sell it)?

DEFINATELY close to a grand .. if not a few hundred more .. dont be foolish and sell it for any less .. if you were ever to ..
