Book Reviews: Absolutely Must Read

The RKBA issue has enveloped us. Everyday, another DateLine, 60 Minutes, Today, or some other "news" program runs another anti-gun story, or continues one that we've all heard many times before. Politicians are now using the gun issue to propell themselves into office, clearly defying the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. All the while, the truth is all but muffled. And we stand quietly by scratching our respective heads, asking ourselves, what could possibly come next.

You may have heard other TFLers talk about these two books (reviewed below) in various forums (like I had), but have yet to read them yourselves. Well its time to adjust your respective priorities and move these to the front burner. They are simply two of the best RKBA books I've read.

"Unintended Consequences", by John Ross

This book is a "10". Hands down, you'll be hard pressed to find a better, more motivating story about gun history, guns, the gun culture, shooting, RKBA, and what can be done...than this book. If you own a gun, are thinking about buying a gun, wondering about how far the antis will go, or just needed some food for thought...you absolutely must read this book. You will not be able to put it down!

"Patriots-Surviving the Coming Collapse", by James Wesley Rawles
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/156384155X/o/qid=953578254/sr=8-1/103-02354 67-3531023

This book is not for the faint of heart, it is raw and will shake your senses. This book is about the extreme case of the manure hitting the fan, and what happens after. A second "civil war". It is an incredibly useful text on preparations, both logistically and tactically. And of course, returning our country to its rightful place. Could this really happen? You tell me.
