Bond Arms 45 Colt derringer, 45ACP w/moon clips?

Probably dumb question. Is it possible to use some type of moon clip on a 45acp case and use it in a derringer chambered in 45 Colt?
 
for $139.00 order the ACP barrel. The .45 Colt is a very good round, load it the way you want it....

I thought I knew the answer but had to ask. Why? Because I have about 3500- 45acp rnds versus 50- 45 Colt rnds. Thanks guys!
 
The extra barrel might be indicated in your position, as Rod suggested.
You can install it yourself.
