Also depends on what you mean by 'bent'. There were versions that were bent down, but these won't necessarily clear a scope mounted over the action. You can get the handles ready to be welded on from places like Brownell's and MidwayUSA for somewhere in the range of $15-20.-- but these still have to be welded onto your bolt.
I'm sure that you could probably find a custom riflesmith that would sell you a bolt that's already been altered, but I would tend to think that they might be a bit leery about selling you the bolt with out checking it in your receiver.
Try asking around your local gunsmiths to see what they'd charge to either alter (bend) your bolt, or to completely replace the one that's on there with something that will suit your purposes.
