Bolt action 410, help.

I found a bolt action 410 with a tubular magazine. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the manufacturer might be, and if you know, what kind of choke it has.
 
If you can at least supply the name of the manufacturer, and maybe a model number, then maybe we'll be able to help you out with some info. Your initial post is completely empty.
 
If indeed it is a Stevens, that would be the Model 59. In .410 bore, it's most likely a full choke. Current price for one in good condition is ~$75.
