Bolt action 22?

I'd like to find another bolt action .22. I have a winchester model 15 and would like to have another like it. These are small very simple single shot youth model rifles.
Does anyone know of a manufacturer making a rifle similar to these.
I think I remember someone talking about an inexpensive eastern block rifle a few weeks ago. I think they said dealer price was around $79. Does anyone else remember these.

Most of the distributors with the big full page + display ads have the Romanian .22 bolt actions for a little over $50 (dealer price.)
