Has anyone been following the case of Bob Stewart vs. ATF??
What is the status of the case. He seems to have dropped out of sight.

I spoke with Bob just a few weeks ago. He is still kicking about, as feisty as a granddad can be.

Gainfully employed with his attorney fully funded thanks to those of you who contributed to the many rifle raffles in support of his legal defense fund.

The Feds are still dragging their feet. Some sort of trial date is coming up in the next few weeks, though. There should be some information posted somewhere at http://www.keepandbeararms.com . Do a search there.
