Just a note on B&B Westminster - I've purchased a number of firearms from this store, mostly consignment pieces, and at very reasonable prices. Used to be their consignment shelves under glass were filled to the brim; one side revolvers, the other semiautos. Dropped by there last Saturday and could count the consignment pieces displayed on one hand!
It appears many folks are holding on to their guns here in CA, not selling but buying big time. And after the first of the year, under SB15, if a gun manufacturer has chosen not to undergo destructive testing for handguns from his company at $2500 a pop for each model and each barrel length, his guns cannot be sold in CA.

Why would people sell their guns now ? If the gun doesn't pass the law (most won't, at least in the meantime), it would be more valuable AFTER the first.
Expect to see some sweet deals on used guns come late December, dealers can't sell them after the first.
A somewhat bright side to this, has anyone considered the fact that we can buy used guns out of state through FFLs ? i.e., if one of our friends here on TFL from a free state were kind enough, they could buy a gun and then sell it to us USED. Given the lower cost of retail firearms outside of California, our friends could probably profit and we would break even.
