A while back I picked up two carbines reimported by Blue Sky, refinished, and put two choate folding stocks on them before the ban. They are both still in the box.
Is blue sky still around, and what rep did the guns they brought back in have?
I picked up a Blue Skies carbine back in the 80's. It is a really beat up rifle that looks like garbage! However, it shoots VERY well. I've heard that :
1) When they stamped the barrels they did it too hard and bent many of the barrels.
2) All of the Blue Skies guns were very used and abused.
3) The guns were actually brought into the country by the CIA as a secret fundraiser.
