I just bought one of these, so I wanted to let everyone know about it. It cost me $39.99+tax. It came with the belt loop attachment, and the paddle attachment. 3 phillips screws is all you need to take off to interchange them. I prefer the paddle, so I put that one on. My carry piece is a Glock 19 9mm.
This holster has a retention system. It's pretty cool, when you holster the firearm, it locks, you can hear/feel it. :D To draw, your index finger is in the natural position to push the retension button to release the lock. Very easy, and after using it for a day, I am used to it.
The paddle is confortable, and it even has adjustments for different width belts. You can also adjust the cant/holster angle. Mine is currently parallel to my leg, but I want to try it with the different settings to feel the difference.
Since I am coming from a thumb lock retension system, this one feels much better, and permits quicker draws, which is something I need to work on. Overall, a great item! :D

Out of curiosity, assuming you wear it on the strong side hip, could you draw it weak hand in a pinch? Like you would with a thumb break?

I don't have a holster yet and was looking at this, but I always think worse case scenario, so if my good arm is out of commission could I still draw?

Also I have heard that non leather holsters can be prone to grabs where the entire holster may come loose from the belt/paddle. So you think the Serpa would survive such a grab?

Thanks for the info.
