Low Pressure
You have the classic signs of a low pressure load. Your load is not generating enough pressure to seal the case against the chamber wall and gas is flowing back around the unsealed case. You have two options. One, forget it. It's only a cosmetic problem. Two, try to duplicate your load using a faster powder which will give more pressure and yet yield the same velocity.
