I was at the gun store this morning looking at handguns when a guy walked in and asked about a shotgun I hadn't even looked at yet. It turned out to be an 870 Express that had been "tacticaled" with the addition of a synthetic stock, extended tube mag, a sling, and maybe a few other odds and ends. The guy looked it over and walked away to think about it. He was back before I got done looking at a Taurus 415 and bought the 870. I never got a chance to look at it.
This is obviously unfair to me, and maybe a whole class of other 870 lookers in America today. Question: Do we sue the gun buyer, the dealer, or both?
