Bipod problems

I thought that someone here could answer my question better than anywhere else. I have a Harris tilting benchrest bipod, and it has been tightened up so that it does not swivel. I was wondering if someone knew how to loosen it up again so that it will tilt again.

Corey, there should be an adjustment screw to the rear of the stud. Loosening this should give you movement. George

The tension adjustment for the tilt is the knurled knob on the front of the bipod.
