bipod for an AR15.

hello all, I'm planning on taking my AR out hunting this fall and I think a bipod is in order it needs to fit a few criteria.
1. needs to be stable, can't have it wobbling otherwise it's pointless
2. needs to have a front sling swivel.
3. needs to mount to a 1913 rail.
4. needs to be relatively light weight
5. needs to cost less than the gun itself.

anyone got one that fits the bill?

I use a Harris 6-9" installed on a 20" AR using a sling stud on the lower hand guard shell. I've shot to 350 yards with accuracy as good as I need for coyotes using a mid-chest high rest in the barn lot. I have longer(higher) bipods suitable for use sitting but they are unwieldy and heavier than I like to use.

Harris are great. Rock Mounts are cheap clones that you can find at WalMart and most shooting stores (Cabelas, Sportsman's Warehouse, etc).
