I'm looking for 10x42 or 10x50 binoculars...they must be waterproof, rubber armored and under $200.00. Any opinions and recommendations on what brand to get and where to get them will be appreciated.
Thanks!!

Don't know that you'll find a whole lot of options based on your requirements. However, here are a few suggestions that might fit your needs.

Pentax makes a 10x50 PCFV series that goes for about $185. They are rubber, but not certain on the waterproof part.

Burris has a Landmark model 10x42 that gots for around $170. Again, rubber, but not certain on the waerproof part.

Another option would be to buy something used or a factory closeout. A good source for that would be to check out http://www.samplelist.com/ I just looked and they had a couple Leopold binoculars in the 10x40/8x42 for under $200. I have purchased 2 scopes from them in the past and am more than happy with them.

Good Luck

Welcome La Migra-

Conduct a search on "Binoculars" in the Gear and Accessories forum and see what you find.

The folks here at TFL have been really helpful whenever a "hardware" question has popped-up.

La Migra,

Welcome to TFL & just a coupla ?s & observations.

Why the "10x42 or 10x50" binos? Any specific reasons behind these exact power & objective diameters?

10Xs may be a touch on the high side to hold steady comfortably for general field use. 7-8s seem to be the "better" magnifications for this & do provide for pretty good viewing.

Too, the 42-50 will gather quite a bit of light for dawn/dusk viewing (as opposed to a 35 say) but, again, why specifically these objectives?

More curious than anything.
