binding taurus

I have a taurus 651 357 that is binding due to recoil. When dry fired it run very smoothly but even light 38 loads will bind it at least once per cylinder. This is my carry gun so I want it right. I have a friend who is familiar with smiths and will look at my gun. How similar are they?

Are your primers high after you shoot?Firing strike drives case fwd.Maybe a little headspace or thin rims.Case obturates,but does not stretch back to the breech face.Primer backs out,rides high.
Or,when you prime,are your primers fully seated?High primers are bad.They bind revolvers.

Sir;
check you barrel cylinder gap and for dirt under the "star."
Barrel cylinder gap should be from.004 to006 with no cylinder end shake.
