I was looking at my S&W 442 the other day, next to my 686+ which has an AO BigDot front sight. Got me wondering, could a BigDot be installed on a 442? It seems to have a front sight that's cast as part of the barrel. Anyone know? Seems like it would be a natural for quick flash sighting. Has a fairly low profile, too.
