Big bucks for little gun

Fifteen thousand pounds for this revolver. I could think of better things to buy with my money and a gun isn't one of them. As an feat of workmanship it must be remarkable especially if it duplicates the Python action and works in both single action and in double action mode.

Yeah, I guess either way- that lil pistol is a lot of money. But the bigger question is: Why is that Python missing a side plate screw?

There is a fellow making some amazing firearms in miniature. There are also those making miniature running engines, up to and including V-12 Ferrari engines. The time and expertise is mind boggling, something to think about when the price is mentioned. There is no assembly line for any of the parts, each is a one-off. They are fascinating works of art.
