Better sights for CZ75?

I love shooting my '86 vintage CZ75, but find the stock fixed sights a bit limiting, what with needing glasses and all...<g>.
Are there any larger, or better defined sights available that I can install in the stock dovetail cuts?

To the best of my knowledge Trijicon, Meprolight, and MMC make night sights for the CZ75. You might want to contact them directly to get the scoop.
