Best State to try for CCW

Unique 5.7

Which state, not a present CCW state, would be a good one to try for a renewed campaign next year? Possibility of success, size and importance of state are important criteria, it seems. Any administration changes that bode well for renewed efforts to go CCW in any states?

Illinois would be top choice. Hell I think every state needs relaxed open carry laws. Think back to the 1920s just everyone has a gun on them. There was no rapes and muggings.

Every state in the Union (with the possible exceptions of Vermont and Alaska) could use some work, IMO. The main priorities should be the four states that still deny their citizens the right to carry concealed. Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas and Nebraska are the four that should be the focus of our support at this time. I think Wisconsin and Illinois have the best chance in the near future.

And what's this "next year" bizniss? The time to fight for your rights is NOW!

Blues - I just finished pro CCW work recently in Ohio, it worked. I will be retired next year and am making plans to devote about 6 - 8 months in volunteer work to legalize CCW in a state, hopefully nearby so I can bring my grandson in the summer. Illinois is looking like a good choice since it is nearby and I know people there.- Gramps
