Greetings:
I'm planning to get my C&R license at some point in the near future, buy a couple of the old Mausers while they're still cheap. It annoys me greatly to see how many exciting firearms deals existed back before I was born ($7.50 for a Rem Rolling Block in the 1950s), so I thought I should buy a few plinkers to sock away.
In the meantime, who's the best source for old pre-1898 Mausers, the "ship to your door" sort of old pieces? It'd be a welcome change to just straight up buy a rifle without forms in triplicate, and save the $20 transfer fee. Any good online sites or such?
Thanks much,
