Best snubbie trigger?

LCR's I've handled .38s atleast have had pretty nice triggers. I think the lightness of the ultra fluted cylinder helps alot.

Any snub that has "S&W" stamped on the barrel. And if you want a trigger that can be improved - same answer.

My Astra 680 has a delicious trigger!

I understand these revolvers were modelled on S&Ws but I don't know if they had better, equal or inferior triggers to their forebears!!

Either way, I really like mine!!

I would second that. I have an older 1985 SS model which has a phenomenal trigger. On par with S&W's I have held.
I will third that. I have a Taurus 85 SS that came with an excellent double-action trigger pull. Just to compare, I acquired an older albeit unfired S&W 36 from the eighties that had a horrible trigger pull. I had to work extensively on it to get it where it was almost as good as the Taurus 85. I have no evidence however, if that is typical.

For a 5 shot snubbie best I have felt was on a older model 60 in .38, before they made them exclusively in .357, which I think was a bad move on S&W's part since the .38 versions of the 60 and 640 are significantly smaller. Best 6 shot snubbie trigger I have felt was on a model 19 my buddy has, he bought it off a friend for something outrageous like $150. It was his buddies grandfathers off duty gun so it has plenty of holster wear but one of the best revolver trigger I ever felt. The gun shop he went to was only guna give him $175 for it so he decided to just sell it to my buddy for $150.
