Best shoulder holster for a CZ-75?

I'm looking for a good shoulder holster for my CZ-75BD, preferably I would like to carry it chambered and decocked. Price isn't important, since I'm aware high-quality shoulder holsters will be rather expensive.

Have you tried over at www.makarov.com? They sell Falco holsters for most CZ pistols, as well as the Makarov. They seem to be of high quality and very reasonable price.
