After hearing so much negative stuff about Kimber's customer service, I am curious to know which 1911 manufacturer has the best quality/customer service combo.

There is no one finer! 1911 shooters who also make the finest 1911s to date.

I like Kimber for quality...can't comment on their customer service as I have NEVER had even a single jam or breakage with any Kimber and neither have any of my friends or acquaintances that own them. However, I did order some grips from the Custom Shop once and received prompt delivery and friendly service.
