Best Place to Buy a VEPR II ???

I'm thinking seriously about getting one of these AK variants in 7.62x39, and I'd like to know the best place to purchase one. I'm aware that Tennessee Guns has them for $470, but I live in TN and would like to avoid the hefty chunk of sales tax if possible. Where else might I look for a good price on one of these rifles?

Can individuals order direct from Robarms and have the gun sent to an FFL? If so, what is their price?
 
I bought my VEPR II .223 direct from ROB ARMS and had it shipped to my FFL. I paid 469.00 plus 40 bucks for the shipping. If you have a FFL who is also a friend, you can avoid those cost....

watch that scope,
on my vepr i tried the factory mount and the .308 recoil attemped to imprint my brow with a ring

i seems safer if the end of the scope is flush with the reciever end

it may not be as much of an issue with 7.62x39 vs 7.62x 54
 
I talked to RobArm's yesterday and thier price is $549, straight through them but they are behind on that caliber until about March/April. They gave some other places to call though. Tennessee Guns, MachineGun Kelly's and CFI. If you need anymore info let me know.
