Best mode of carry for Tomcat

Well, the subject is pretty clear. What is the best mode of carry for a Beretta Tomcat? In the pocket w/ holster, in pocket w/o holster, on the waistband somehow, in a bag or is there a better option?

Tamara may chime in. She seems to like her Tomcat...Here are my thoughts.

I like pocket carry (with my P-32). It works with any level of dress. But ALWAYS use a pocket holster with pocket carry. Otherwise:

-The pistol may shift into an awkward position and be difficult to draw.

-The trigger is exposed, and reaching for a shifted pistol 'could' cause an ND.

-Lint/gunk can get into the barrel, action, etc.

A pocket holster need not be expensive. I have a $10 Uncle Mike's and it is satifactory. I have heard great comments about RJ Hedley's holsters here and elsewhere.

I also like Inside-the-waistband carry, but if you're going to go in-the waistband, you can carry a much bigger firearm, and you should. Same with fanny pack/bag or other "off body" option.

I don't particularly like bags because, if you ever lose your bag, you've lost your pistol and that complicates things tremendously.

My opinions only.

Pocket Holster...I carried one for a while. Reinforce the pocket if you can...if not, the pocket wont last long. Also, I played around
with a belly band for a while...very comfy and complete concealment..just not accesable in a HURRY! Shoot well
