Best Gunsmiths in Utah?

I want some work done on my Mateba Unica 6, who would be the best gunsmith that would be able to work on something like that?

I don't know anybody in Utah but here are my thoughts:

If it's an issue with operation and function, the warranty place recommended by the distributor/importer.

If it's a machine operation requiring a milling machine, then a gunsmith who is a skilled machinist and has a (non Harbor-Waste) milling machine.

I think you're going to need a specialist on this one if it's anything interesting. Which that gun is.
