Costco is now having on sale 2 Cree LED (brand is "LIFE&GEAR )flashlights at 360 Lumens each for $80 for 2 delivered. Just read the 24 reviews, people can not believe how powerful they are and well made. Out of 1 to 5 stars no one has given less than 5 and many say they give it 10. Has 2 power setting and strobe, mine is on the way even though I had no desire to buy one but after I read the reviews I could not pass on them. Streamlight's 400 Lumen unit goes for $400, these are $40 each.
You can thank me in another tread.

Need full sized Flash Light

I'm looking for a "full sized" LED flashlight. I have two small tactical units for the car and night stand (along widh an HK 45c). The Fenix PD30 and Surefire E2D Defender are great little flashlights but I would like to have a more powerful and wider beam LED light than they provide for using when we lose power and outside. Any suggestions?? $150 limit.
Thanks,
Jim

I wouldn't be. 200 lumens OTF from 3 LEDs would mean ~85 lumens from each LED. Even with XR-E P4s, that's only 350-380mA to each LED. Well within the limits of reality. 360 lumens OTF would require ~150 lumens from each LED. For XR-E P4s, that would be ~750mA to each LED. That's on the high side of current for what would be considered an acceptable runtime using 2D alkaline cells.

guys, go check out www.solarforcestore.com , they are basicly surefire nockoffs but for the money you cant beatem. and surefire parts interchange with them. i have 3 surefires ( 2 6p led, and e2e ) and 3 from solarforce. 2 ultrafire 503b-r2 and a spiderfire x03ti-r2. they are super bright and for the money how can you go wrong. now im not saying i would use them for LEO or military use( i bought my son a surefire for the army)but for everyday general purpose they work for me. i carry one every day for my job and it gets used quite a bit.
