Best caliber to tackle Venezuelan gangs in Aurora Colorado?

What would be the best caliber to neutralize the Venezuelan thugs if you live in Aurora, Colorado? Imagine opening the door and seeing 6 gang members heavily armed with rifles.
 
What a terrible situation. The police chief is gaslighting saying that Tren d agua is not taking over the district.

This situation really highlights the importance of training and arming yourself because nobody is going to come to save you.

I'll say that I will never open the door to strangers carrying rifles dressed in gang colors. What a foolish thing to do.
 
There is no single best caliber and we're not going down this road here. Support your police/sheriff, district attorney and get rid of politicians who get in the way.
