So I'm trying to find a good ccw caliber. I'm thinking either 10mm or .45 ACP because I want to be able to stop someone on drugs but I'm not entirely sure. I've always heard the following though:
-A .22 and 9mm will stop an undetermined enemy but not a kinda determined enemy.
-A .32 and .380 will stop a kinda determined enemy but not a determined enemy.
-A .38 and .40 will stop a determined enemy but not a really determined one.
-A .41 magnum and .357 will stop a really determined enemy but not one on drugs.
-A .45 and 10mm will stop an enemy on drugs.
Is this an accurate assessment? I got in an argument with Earl about it. He was saying that was poppycock what do you guys think?
