Best brand/price on 32ACP hardball?

Okay fellas, now that I finally have my P32 I have to get some practice ammo. I got two boxes of Fiocchi at a gun show for 6$ a box (if I had known I could get a P32 this fast I would have bought 18 more). Here in WV, I’ve got three different brands available. Wally World has UMC 32FMJ for $10.67/50 rounds, and Federal Classic 32FMJ for (hold on) $16.97/50 rounds. Two different local dealers have Winchester USA 32FMJ for $13.50/50 rounds. I’ve heard bad things about UMC, the Federal is totally out of reason and the Winchester is pretty pricey too. Should I go with the Winchester, or mail order some? Do any of you guys know of better deals?

Thanks!

Aimsurplus (link above) has FN made for $2.25 for 25 and S&B for $7.25 for 50

When I got my P-32 I bought 500 rounds of the FN I have shot them all and had one miss fire. I have read that the FN has a hard primer. Well worth the money.

I bought a thousand rounds of that FN surplus flat-point ammo from AIM - their website is:

At first, I had a problem with it failing to feed - it'd get hung up on the ramp - but after the Fluff & Buff (thanks, Goldenloki!) it's now 100% reliable.

That's my practice ammo - I use the Sellier and Bellot for carry. I *think* that the S&B is a 'hotter' ammo and my batch of FN was manufactured in, I think, 1982 so I prefer to carry a more currently mfg. round.

Enjoy your P-32...it's a nifty little piece.

for instructions on how to do that fluff & buff - it's well worth it.

I was thinking about the FN hardball from AIM surplus, but some people have said it's totally worthless, so I was looking for Fiocchi if I could get it. However, if the FN hardball isn't full of misfires and hard primers, I may break down and get some, along with a couple of boxes of S&B, since they're a little hotter than the Fiocchi.

Fellas, what's been your overall experience with FN hardball? Good or bad, for practice?

Thanks again!

Early malfunctions (failures to feed) after weapon dirty. Last time, 125 rounds fired, 1 possible malfunction (wasn't shooting, so I'm not quite sure what happened). The platform is well under 300 rounds (1XX SN), and so is just getting really broken in. I advise the FN for practice, though I always use it for carry. (I'm fairly confident, though. ;))
