Best steel---any surplus european mag. aimsurplus has them for 9.99 right now and they are great mags.
Best polymer---circle 10 mags. No doubt. SKSMAN.com has them for $25 now which is an awesome price. These are the mags Arsenal AKs come with (30 rounders).

Sks man sucks
Last time I ordered anything from him it took over 6 weeks to receive it. I couldnt get ahold of the dude and he wouldnt respond to my emails. He gets bad reviews on sksboards.com
