Best ammo for a 40 caliber USPc

I was wondering what the best ammo is for the usp40c. I carry Cor-Bon 115 +p in my P-7. If you have any data on the bullet's stopping power it would be appreciated.
Also, a nice lady at HK told me they wouldn't sell me a 357 sig barrel--what's up with that? Any alternatives?1

Stick with the .40. There are several choices available for reliable effective ammo, in my order of personal preference:

Winchester SXT (Ranger if you can find it)
Remington Golden Saber
Winchester SilverTip
Federal HydraShok
Cor-Bon's 135 gr offering

There are others, but those are the ones that I have carried over the last 5-6 years.

I didn't see Triton's QuikShok in your list of recommendations. Is this an accidental omission or do you know of a particular reason why QuikShok and the HK USP don't play nice together? Reason I'm asking is because that is what my USP40 is got in its tummy right now.
