Best all-around Georgia Arms .45 Ammo for a Lightweight Commander?

Has anyone used the G45AG 185 grain JHP ammo from Georgia Arms as both practice ammo and carry ammo? This stuff has a conventional jacketed hollow point rated at 1000fps (I assume from a 5 inch barrel). I hope this stuff is good; I ordered 200 rounds for my Colt CCO...

I use their 230 grain GD loads. Two reasons, one - I want the mass of the 230. Two - my experiance has been that the lighter bullets have a different POI. One of my .45s has fixed sights, so I want to avoid having two different bullet weights in the same caliber.
