beretta silver hawk

I'm
, new to shooting. I inherted a Beretta silver hawk that is about 40 years old. It is a 12 ga. Does anyone have any info. on this gun including the value. What book should I buy for the values of guns. Pistols, Revolvers, shotguns.

I have one that is about 2 years old or more. It's in 20 gauge (side by side).
To tell you the truth it's the best shotgun I've ever owned. I've been through lots of them (pumps and autos in 12 and 20) along with over unders and side by sides of all makes priced less.
Once you have one (and you inherited yours) you'll never want another shotgun of any type.
Consider yourself the luckiest (or almost luckiest) person on earth!
