I saw one of these and it was such a pretty gun I had to have one. I haven't owned a Beretta of any type in the past but have shot the 92 models before.
It is an Italian made gun with nice wood grips, fixed front sight, and drift adjustable rear.
I took it to the range today and popped off 100 rounds from bags to see what it could do - 50 rounds of 95 grain WinClean(it wasn't too clean) and 50 rounds of 95 grain UMC.
The WinClean grouped quite well. Best 9 shot group was an inch at 50 feet with the average at 2 inches. Windage was dead on. The trigger on this gun was really impressive!
Only problem was it shot about 5 inches high and that is my question for you Beretta fiends out there. Have you seen any adjustable rears for this particular model? Or at least a lower rear sight to drop the groups a few inches?
I really don't care to file the rear or have someone else do that.
Another option would be to use some lighter bullets and use those for this gun.
TIA
