Beretta Model 84 differences

I have a Model 84B and I'm wondering if anyone can point me to a source that would point out the distinguishing differences between the 84B, 84 and 84F.

The Model 84 stems from the Model 81 - which was 7.65mm (.32ACP) and had the open top slide, wooden grips, DA, 12 rd mag, ambi safety, changeable left/right side mag release, optional mag safety.

Model 84 - as above, but 9mm Short (.380ACP) + 13 rd mag.

Model 84BB - as above, plus loaded chamber indicator + firing pin safety.

Model 84F - as for 84BB, plus triggerguard shaped to take weak hand finger forward + hammer decocker in the safety.

Hope this helps out a bit.

Yes it does. Thank you very much. I'd been holster shopping on line and noted that makers often offered models for the Model 84 as well as the 84F. Was wondering why and was somewhat worried that if the 84 and 84 F differed in physical configuration, then the 84B might also differ.

Appreciate your help.
