Does anyone know where the Beretta Forum went to. I haven't been able to log on for over a week. :p

It hasn't gone anywhere, its still there. You can access the site through http://216.86.109.76

The problem is that www.berettaforum.com does not resolve to the IP address of the website (216.86.109.76), which is why you can't connect to it using www.berettaforum.com

They're probably moving it to a different host provider, different server, who knows.

Wish they wouldn't do stuff like that without warning...

You'll have to change every URL that has www.berettaforum.com in it to 216.86.109.76 to be able to post/read...

WELL WHEN I CLICK ON YOUR HYPER LINK, I GET THE COVER PAGE , BUT WHEN I TRY TO GET INTO THE FORUM I STILL GET "NO HOST FOUND." GO FIGURE.

Everytime you want to enter a forum, open a message or reply, you'll have to click on the area like normal, and receive the error page. Then, in the location window on your browser, replace "www.berettaforum.com" in the location string with the IP address, without altering the string in any other way.

I just tried it and it worked but it's an incredible hassle. It will definitely keep me off that board.

Sorry folks for the forum bieng down we are at arms with the isp as they are apparently going through world war III with their partners there and the techs walked out about 10 days ago.

I just got this information from the inside over there and they have promised to have us back up by Monday.

I would have switched us over to a new ISP by now but before this they had flawless service and it seems to be bad timing for our internal server switch over they have also given us 6 months free so ill give them till monday to get it straight.

Hope you guys are not to put off about this hassle ill mass email everyone off the forum when we come back on line and ill update here if anything changes or comes up.

Here is the backup address for the site

www.berettaforum.netyard.com/cgi-bin/cgiwrap/beretta/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro
I am going to reajust the settings so that people can fully access the site based on that address while we wait will have it up in a couple of hours

Sorry Again
