Beretta Factory Tours?

Anyone been to Italy and visit the Beretta Factory? I've seen a program on either the Military or Discovery channel about them and also own a couple of their production guns. I thought I would like to take a tour of their factory as they are about 1 1/2 hr drive from Milan.

If you have been there, what tips can you pass along?

Thanks.

I saw the show you talk about and Beretta does NOT offer tours according to the show to either the factory or the museum

Do any gun manufacturers offer tours? I was headed up to Prescott a while ago to visit J&G Sales and figured I would pay Ruger a visit too. So I called them up and they said they didn't offer any tours. I wonder if it is too much of a liability for them.....
If anyone knows of one that does let us know. The wife was hinting on wanting to take a road trip. If I gave it to her as her only option I am sure she would do it. :D

In 2004 I was sent to the Beretta factory in Maryland for an Armorers course. There we were given a tour of the factory. Considering the machinery and various operations it takes to build a firearm I would imagine liability is a big issue for them. They had a Meeting Room that had most of they guns they made there on display on the walls. It was very impressive. If a manufacturer offers a Museum, that museum may be open to the public. Also if you are in the northern Virginia area you may want to stop at the NRA National Firearms Museum. It is relatively small space wise but the displays more than make up for it. The National Firearms Museum is at the NRA Headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
