Beretta Cougar question

Has anyone heard of a .22 conversion for these pistols?

I know Beretta makes one for the 92 series, but I know someone looking for an aftermarket conversion kit for the Cougar.

I haven't seen such a thing either. One reason could be because of the rotating barrel in the Cougars. This isn't a bad thing. I love my Cougar's design. However, you probably wouldn't get a 22LR to cycle it. If I am wrong, please correct me.
