What's the deal with the APX. Seems like when they announced it a lot of ppl bashed it and that's the last I heard from it. Searching google only has articles about it when it first came out. There isn't much buzz about it. I wasn't very interested in it as it was too big. Anyone care about it?
 
It's still under development. Though it is said that the pistol is essentially finished, there is some question as to whether certain features are going to appear on the final US available model, especially the proprietary end user adjustable sights.

And too big compared to what? It's supposed to be a full sized open carry service pistol.
 
I look every now and then trying to find something new on this gun. I had hope that it would have been released at this years Shot Show. Looking forward to getting my hands on one and putting some rounds down range.
 
It didn't make SHOT this year, but Beretta always carts it out for whatever international arms expo is going on. I hope it's not a bad sign.

Beretta generally makes good guns, so I'm hopeful this will be one of them.

I like the ergonomic sci-fi appearance and low boreline.
 
I had to go look on line at one. Interesting that the main reason they designed the gun is for the new military hand gun that the US is going to.
But MAN! that is one but ugly gun. On par with a High point.
