Does anyone know if the Beretta 96 uses the same locking block as the 92?
I have ordered a .357SIG barrel form my newest toy..a 96FS, and just resently noticed how much of a pin it is to remove the locking block. Instead of fussing with the LB every time I want to switch calibers, I'm just going to get a new block for the 357SIG barrel. Problem is I cant find one? the new barrel comes with the pin and plunger installed, so all i need is the block. the only ones I can find are listed for a 92. Are they the interchangable or does the 96 use a differnt size/shape block? Anyone have an extra they want to sell?
Oh yea. Do I need a stronger recoil spring for the .357SIG conversion?
