Beretta 92 short trigger

I am aware that Beretta offers a short reach trigger for their 92 series. Does anyone have any experience with this and does it do much to improve the trigger reach. And any ideas on where one can be ordered? My wife who has small hands has actually found the beretta more to her liking than my glocks, hi-power, or P-7 for some strange reason. She feels like it recoils less than the others, and she may be right. Anyway, I may retrofit the short trigger to the gun for her small hands if it is useful and available.

Thanks :-)

Sorry, don't know of the short trigger.

However, the "strange reason" that she likes the Beretta more probably isn't so strange. It is a relatively big 9mm that by its design (wide grip, locking block, etc) absorbs recoil pretty well.

I've heard that Sig does sell a short trigger for their guns, but I've never heard this about Beretta...

Thanks guys...I'll give the Beretta forum a try! And I agree, she likes it because it is a large gun that soaks up the recoil. She's not big on recoil that's for sure!
