Beretta 92 Holster

I'm considering buying a Beretta 92FS, and I'm looking for a good non-concealed-carry holster to go with it.

Recommendations?

for my beretta 96, i have:

1. a bianchi um-84 military holster for tromping around in yukky conditions...just cuz it was cheap and cool

2. a forbus paddle holster for casual carry, going to/from work and range work...easy on and off

3. a alessi ACP for serious CCW...lighting fast, secure and conceals even the big beretta well

Okay...1.5" belt, will a surplus Army web belt do?

Also, does anyone make a spacer or other gadget that would let me put 9mm mags into a military ammo pouch? I got it with the web belt...I'm not sure what type of mag it's built for, but fairly recent (I'd guess M-14 mags).

unless your web belt is a lot more rigid than mine i don't think it will work.

the objective of a good "gun belt" is holding your holster in the same place:
1. no lateral movement (sliding around your waist)
2. no verticle holster movement
a) on the belt (slots too big/belt too small)
b) in the belt loops (belt too small)
c) streching of the belt (too soft)
3. no excessive outward cant (belt not rigid enough)

aren't the m14 mag pouches a bit deep for pistol mags?
