Anklepocket,
I sold my Centurion when I decided to go P226 for my primary 9mm. The Centurion was accurate, reliable, easy to handle and the magazines were less expensive than the P226. I just thought that I should stick with one style firearm and the P226 took the field overall.
That said, if I couldn't carry a P226/P228, I'd be carrying a Beretta 92 Centurion and wouldn't feel any lesser for it.
Only have experience with the Kahr 40, so I am of little use to you when it comes to that companies offering in 9mm. The 9mm's I have handled have felt pretty well designed, but firing it is an entirely different story.
