Anyone know what parts, if any, are interchangeable between the 90-two and 92? In particular, I'm mostly curious about the barrel, hammer, and sear. Been searching around but haven't seen any definitive info.
I haven't examined one of these up close. I picked up four EIC points shooting one of the Arny's M9's at the Pistol Small Arms Firing School at Camp Perry this year, but discover (for about the third time) that I still dislike the ergonomics of that pistol compared to the more familiar (to me) 1911. For that reason, I have never had much motivation to fiddle with them. I notice the Beretta web site says the 90two went to polymer grips and has increased the magazine capacity. If this increase in capacity was accomplished by widening the magazine and thinning out the grips, any part that has to circumnavigate the magazine well could be different. I would think it would be in Beretta's interest to carry over as many parts as they can, but your best bet is just to call the factory and ask them directly.
