I have watched one of the famous sharpshooters on TV who shoots the Benelli Semi-auto. I would like to know what model this could be. Also, is it custom or right out of the box? And just how many hard earned dollars would shch a machine set one back? :barf: :barf:

Sorry, I can't remember his name but it's (Benelli sponsored as I recall) on one of the shooting/gun shows on OLN - TV. American Shooter maybe???

Who knows what I am talking about because I don't :confused:

I', so easily impressed, I just need to get more info on this wild and crazy shotgun!!! :rolleyes:

The advantage of the Benelli auto is that it cycles faster than most . Though of course he's done fantastic things with the Benelli Nova pump too !!Exhibition shooters have skills that leave most of us shaking our heads. I'm very happy with my Benelli auto even though I can't hit a dozen birds in one second !!
 
I have seen Tom Knapp twice at the Duck Unlimited Festival in Memphis. To say the man can shoot is an understatement. The shotguns he uses are stock except for the mag extensions.
I agree 100% with mete about Benelli auto's. There are 6 in our safe right now. Two SBE II's, two SuperSport's and two modified M1 20ga's for my wife. A seventh will be added as soon as the Cordoba hits the market.
We use them, because they the feel right, and work. All the time.
