Benelli barrel availability and price

I have a Benelli M1 Super 90 Combat with a pistol grip stock and ghost ring sights. I have decided that I would get alot more use out of it in a hunting configuration. (I know I could hunt with it like it is but a short barreled shotgun is really loud and I don't want to hunt with ear plugs)

I would like to get a 26" barrel and a standard stock for it.

Where should I look for the best price?

Thanks in advance

Brian

I'm in the same boat...not to hunt but to shoot clays. I don't think it'll be a good idea to take the rear sight assembly on and off all the time though.

barrels are a pain in the butt to get. Benelli is notoriously hard to get parts from.

Extra bbls have appeal, but more shotguns make more sense, finances permitting. And,it's not only me that finds swapping stocks and bbls odious.

Backing up your Benelli with another in sporting mode means the same "Chops" on both, a complete set of spare parts on hand, and you'll shoot more, and THAT is an advantage of incalculable value.
